Registration Follow Up!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to register on Sunday afternoon.  It was great to see all of you!  We are excited about another season getting started.  Here are a few things to follow up on:


RESTAURANT NIGHT
Come spend some time with the Killer Whales  and meet Coach Anndria!  We will have restaurant night on April 25th at Salsa Fresh  from 4-9pm, at Morrisville Carpenter Rd and Davis Dr.  Please mention that you are with the Kitts Creek Swim Club, and they will donate a portion of the proceeds to our team.  Feel free to invite friends and neighbors!


FORMS
Please remember to print, sign and turn in your Volunteer Policy form AND Required Waiver Release of Liability.  These forms must be on file in order for your child to participate in practices. They are located on the TSA Swim Team site.  Log in to your account and select the "announcements" button on the left.  


If you are going to have someone other than a parent supervise your child at practice, you will also need to print, sign and turn in the Caregiver Waiver for Minor Children.  


TEAM STORE ORDERS
You can order your NEW 2012 season tee shirts and extra swim caps (you will receive one for each swimmer as a part of the registration fee) on our new team website.  Log in to your TSA Swim Team account (www.tsaswimteam.com) and click on the "team store" button on the left.  Easy as pie!

***Payment for tee shirts MUST be received to process your order.  Payment can be delivered to 1708 Legendary Ln.  Deadline for ordering shirts in April 27th.***

Swim Team 2012! Calling all volunteers and advertisers!

While we haven't had much winter to speak of, it's time to start talking swim team! 

We had a great first season and are ready to take it to the next level.

To get there, your Swim Team needs volunteers! Specifically, a TSA Rep, Volunteer Coordinator, Stroke and Turn Judges, Starters and Place Judges. Be the first to email so you get the volunteer position you really want (concession stand duty?). Please email kittscreekswimclub@gmail.com with the position you are interested in.

This swim season will feature meets with other clubs.  This will bring not only your neighbors to the pool but families from the other clubs.  Are you a local business looking to get the word out?  The Swim Team will be offering advertising opportunities such as inclusion of your business name on the swim team t-shirt and a banner at the pool.  Interested?  Email kittscreekswimclub@gmail.com for more details.

Volunteer Sign Ups

Thank you so much to all our volunteers last Saturday! Things went very smoothly, especially since we are all learning this together. We truly appreciate your patience, cooperation and support.

We have now established a volunteer sign up system on www.signupgenius.com. If you have not received the invitation to sign up, please check your spam filters, junk mail, etc. If you don't find it, please email us as soon as possible. (kittscreekswimclub@gmail.com)

Please go ahead and sign up for slots through the end of the season. This gives you the opportunity to choose what position interests you. If you haven't signed up by Thursday night before the time trial, we will assign volunteers to any remaining openings. If you need to make any changes or want to swap positions, you can handle it all on the signupgenius website.
