Key Dates!

As we all begin to plan our summers, here are some Key Dates for our Killer Whales swim club:

• Sunday, April 15, Registration & Team Swimsuit Ordering 3-4 pm at the clubhouse.
• Wednesday, April 25: Swim Team Night at Salsa Fresh 4-9pm
• Tuesday, May 22:  Swim assessments 5:30 at the pool (time subject to change)
• Tuesday, May 29:  First swim practice
• No practice the week of July 4th
• Friday, July 20: Last day of our Killer Whales' season

TSA is currently coordinating meet dates. If you visit their website, you can see us listed as an exhibition team this year!  The club calendar will be updated with those as we get them.

Swim Practices

The Kitts Creek Swim team will have practices on Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings for the 2012 swim season, beginning on May 29, 2012 and ending on July 20, 2012. Times may be adjusted once swim assessments are complete. Attendance to every swim practice is encouraged, but not required.

Afternoon Practice Schedule*

5:30pm-5:55pm: 6 & under

6:00pm-6:30pm: Transition Team

6:40pm-7:20pm: 7/8's and 9/10's

7:30pm-8:20pm: 11 and up

Off to an amazing start!

Wow, what a GREAT start to our first year with a swim team.  We are amazed by the turn out and support we have had from all the families involved in the swim team.  With time trials coming up, we will be calling for a few volunteers, so be ready!  We are so glad to see so many people having fun...kids AND parents.
